    March 1st marks the beginning of National Nutrition Month and National Sleep Awareness Month.

    • Register for UConn Recreation's Road Dogs Training Team by March 3rd to participate in the Middletown 6.2-Mile Road Race on April 2nd
      • Road Dogs is a community of runners that will get you ready to meet your race day goals. Whether you are new to running and looking to tackle your first long distance race or you are a seasoned runner, our group will offer something to benefit all levels and abilities. Fun, camaraderie, and motivation will always be our focus.
    • In honor of Sleep Awareness month, Register and attend the Tackling Sleep and Stress Fatigue webinar on Thursday, March 7th
    • In honor of National Nutrition Month, join UConn Extension Educator and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Heather Peracchio to learn how to Fuel for the Future and Power Up Your Meals on Wednesday, March 8th on Microsoft Teams. You can find the webinar details herehttps://hr.uconn.edu/worklife-health-wellness/ 
    • In honor of National Nutrition Month, Register and attend the Healthy Eating on the Run webinar on Thursday, March 16th
    • In honor of Sleep Awareness month, Register and attend the Let's Sleep On It: Building a Healthy Sleep Routine webinar on Tuesday, March 28th

     

     

    • Participate in the 14 Nights to Better Sleep Program and receive tips and challenges on bettering your Sleep Routine, help you adopt a balanced approach to diet and exercise, transform your Sleep Environment, and learn how to help with two common deterrents to healthy sleep - alcohol and caffeine.
