Most of the session will be spent introducing resources that participants are encouraged to explore afterwards, including:

    · Frameworks for equity-minded teaching and learning

    · The CAST Universal Design for Learning matrix

    · Eight main types of microaggression (Derald Wing Sue) & and what to do when they happen

    · Models for understanding positionality, privilege, & intersecting identities

    · Reflections on sustaining an antiracist teaching practice

The session is designed for instructors who seek tools to enhance learning for all students and develop confidence in approaches that reduce harm.
