Seeking Health Care Professionals for Survey Research Study on Cancer

UConn School of Medicine researchers have developed a survey research study to examine the factors associated with the amount of support that healthcare professionals provide to employed cancer survivors and the types of support provided.

If you are a HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL who has ever worked WITH CANCER SURVIVORS, you may qualify to participate.

Eligible study participants will be invited to complete an anonymous online survey that takes 15 minutes. Participants may qualify to participate in the study if they are:

    • HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL who primarily works with CANCER patients (for example, a hematologist/oncologist, nurse practitioner, advanced practice nurse, physician assistant, psychologist, social worker, physical therapist, occupational therapist, etc.).
    • PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN or OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN who has EVER provided care to an employed CANCER patient.

If you are interested, please click on the URL below (or copy and paste it into your browser) to fill out a short survey to determine if you are eligible for this study:
