The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources invites alumni, staff,employees and guests to participate in a unique experience in Florence, Italy. Featuring visits to farms and festivals, this alumni trip is designed for those with interests in nutrition, food, agriculture, and health.
UConn and our affiliate Italian Institute faculty (The Institute at Palazzo Rucellai) will lead a 10-day program to provide a real Tuscan experience in the world’s most beautiful olive oil region during the start of the harvest season. November 5-16, 2014.
