SHaW's UConn Recovery Community (URC) is gearing up for our next Campus Cleanup on October 30th, from 1 - 3 p.m. We have had great success over the last few semesters, with student organizations such as the Mens' Rugby team, EcoHuskies, ResLife, and many more collecting thousands of pounds of trash! We're excited to do it again and hope to beat our previous records this year!
Gather your group and register here for our Fall Cleanup Event. The first 200 students to arrive will receive our "I Cleaned Up Campus" t-shirt. (check-in will not begin until 12:45). All are welcome! Look for the ORCA van at the intersection of Hillside Road and Fairfield Way. Free parking in Z Lot at 2019 Hillside Road, Storrs.
We are lucky to be partnering once again with ORCA (Ocean Recovery Community Alliance). ORCA’s mission focuses on building community to act as stewards of our world’s oceans, beaches and waterways.
