  • F&S Appreciation Week: Family Recipe Contest

    The countdown is on - one week until the first annual UConn Faculty & Staff Appreciation Week begins!

    Today our spotlight  is on the Best Family Recipe from Around the World Contest

    This is an opportunity to share your favorite dish! Whether it is a recipe passed down by generations in your family, the dish that makes your mouth water every time you make it, or the go-to dish you make for every occasion based on popular demand – now’s your chance to flex for all of UConn!

    Submissions should be accompanied by the story behind it and will be evaluated not just on the deliciousness of the cuisine but the storytelling that makes the dish so special.

    There is a potential for a couple stars to shine in this contest. One participant may have their dish featured at a future event. All will be evaluated based on their homage to the theme of the week and the story that is shared.

    Submissions received by 5pm on September 22nd, will be entered for consideration.
