  • HR and Payroll Data Mart (HRPYDM)

    Dear Colleagues,

    We write to share that the HR and Payroll Data Mart (HRPYDM) is now accepting new user access applications. 

    The HRPYDM contains workforce data, such as job information (e.g., department, job title, full-time status, leave status, union and employee type), basic personal and demographic information, and other similar data. A comprehensive list of currently available data is available on the HR website.

    Employees with a clear and explicit business need may request access to HRPYDM via Kuali Build. Users access HRPYDM via the WebFOCUS reporting tool. Due to the nature of the data, HR will limit access to HRPYDM and will review all justifications for access. Credentialed users must take a 15-minute WebFOCUS training.

    The University has long sought self-service access for departments to the data included in HRPYDM, and we are excited about this first phase of data contained in the Data Mart. HR will continue to develop new reports and the expansion of data and capabilities of HRPYDM is underway.  HR also welcomes employee feedback on the types of data and available reports offered within HRPYDM.
