    Please join us for a session on writing letters of recommendation.  We will discuss things to consider in order to write stronger letters for students including those applying to graduate and professional schools, as well as nationally-competitive awards.  Topics will include communication with the letter requester, letter content, avoiding unconscious gender and racial bias, and other best practicesIn the Q&A participants will have the opportunity to share experiences writing and reading these letters.
