  • Enrolling Participants Exercise Prescription Study

We would like your input on how to guide professionals to Prioritize, Personalize, and Prescribe exercise for their patients/clients with the P3-EX algorithm.

I am a distinguished professor from the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Connecticut.  My research team and I have developed a clinical decision support tool - P3-EX - health care and exercise professionals can use to prescribe exercise for their patients/clients with cardiovascular disease risk factors in 5 minutes or less.

If you are interested in participating, you can click HERE to see the website home page that describes what P3-EX is about and who the research team members are. If you agree to participate, the steps you will follow to complete the P3-EX evaluation survey are:

    1. Complete the eligibility screening (~1 min)
    2. Use P3-EX with the provided case study (~5 min)
    3. Complete a confidential evaluation survey (~10 min)
    4. Claim a $10 Amazon gift card for completing the survey

You can access these steps to complete our evaluation survey study by clicking the blue bar at the bottom of the webpage. Please use a PC to complete it. Due to technical difficulty, some pages will not appear correctly on a screen of a cellphone or a tablet.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Study Coordinator, Shiqi Chen, at shiqi.chen@uconn.edu or (860) 771-8325.
