    A respectful work environment is a fundamental requirement for people to perform to their potential. Creating an attitude and belief that embraces everyone is at the heart of organizational performance. Inclusion ensures that there is room at the table for all groups within the organization. Participation in the conversation assumes that all feel welcome and accepted irrespective of gender, race, religion, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, education, or any other parameter.

    Managers play a significant role in setting the tone for this inclusivity and respect. 

    Learn strategies to promote and inclusive work environment, tackle inappropriate behavior assertively, and deescalate potential and present conflict towards building team cohesion.
