ITS is retiring Dropbox, the legacy large file sharing service created by ITS. The functionality it provides is delivered more securely and robustly by Microsoft OneDrive, which is part of our larger Microsoft enterprise agreement.
Key Dates:
- On Monday, August 15th, you will no longer be able to upload new files. Files sent before this date can be downloaded by their recipients during the standard 30-day window.
- On Wednesday, September 14th, Dropbox will no longer be available. Files cannot be uploaded or downloaded.
You can save and store, share, and request files in OneDrive. If you’re new to OneDrive, consider viewing the recording of the Microsoft-hosted training session Get Started with Microsoft OneDrive for Education.
