  • 7/27 Healthy Boundaries and Work-Life Balance Training

    Wednesday, July 27th, 12:00pm – 1:00 pm

People often feel torn between work and time with the family. They feel they don’t have enough ‘me’ time.

This session will help participants identify various ways to achieve balance with personal, family and work responsibilities. The conflicting demands of work and home can create stress and zap the time and energy needed to get everything done.

In this session, participants will identify the sources that keep them out of balance, learn time management strategies, explore delegating and communication with others and develop an action plan to balance their own work and life demands.  Attend this session to find answers that will allow you to be more effective and more satisfied with both your home and work lives.

Presented by Deer Oaks EAP in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the July Well-Being Programs.
