What is BUILD Hartford?
Are you looking for more economic, innovative, and entrepreneurial opportunities? BUILD
Hartford provides students the opportunity to dive into the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In the
first half of the program, students will receive exposure to communication strategies, data
analysis, different segments of business, pitching and more. Students will also be encouraged to
explore Hartford and make connections with local entrepreneurs.
Students will have an opportunity to apply for a fellowship for the Spring semester. This
unique opportunity will allow students to apply what they have learned in the classroom to real
world applications. They will be given the opportunity to work closely with local entrepreneurs
and the CCEI faculty with the goal of interconnecting a network of entrepreneurs in Hartford.
Upon completion of the program, students will emerge with a vastly expanded network, fine-
tuned leadership skills, and will be better poised to enter the workforce after college.
When is it?
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:45pm in downtown Hartford at the Graduate
Business Learning Center.

Applications for the Fall 2022 semester are now open, and students will be accepted on a rolling
basis. You must be accepted into the program in order to enroll. Applications will close the week
