Residents near Hartford are needed for a survey study to understand how food environments affect food choices and community health. This survey will take 10-20 minutes to complete. Participants will receive a $5 eGift card for completing the entire survey and be entered into a raffle to win one of the five $50 eGift cards.
You can participate if:
1) You are over 18 years old.
2) You currently live in Hartford or its surrounding towns (Bloomfield, East Hartford, Glastonbury, Newington, South Windsor, West Hartford, Wethersfield, and Windsor).
3) You shop for groceries in a supermarket at least once a month.
4) You agree to provide your current residential address.
