  • 6/28 Raising Resilient Children Training

    TODAY, Tuesday, June 28th, 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Many parents face multiple changing roles and responsibilities, and it can be difficult to navigate the new demands faced, whilst also supporting the psychological needs of their children.

The session will highlight the importance of raising resilient children and explores the roadblocks that get in the way of letting parents focus on this, such as parental guiltperfectionism, and comparison with others. It will explore key communication strategies that help empower young children and help them overcome stress in a healthy way.

This session will define strategies to help children build their resilience muscles. Join Deer Oaks EAP & Human Resources and walk away understanding the barriers that get in the way of making children more resilient.

Presented by Deer Oaks EAP in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the June Well-Being Programs. For webinar details, visit the  Human Resources Work/Life - Health & Wellness webpage
