  • Notification Changes for Course Copy Requests

    The HuskyCT course copy request form has changed. In the new process when instructors submit a course copy request, it creates a ticket in the ITS ticketing system that is routed to the HuskyCT team. All communications about the request will come from notification@atlassian.uconn.edu. If you cannot find these messages, we recommend searching your mailbox for this address; the message may have gone into a different folder (e.g., Clutter). You can also check the status of your requests and tickets on the Knowledge Base (kb.uconn.edu/user/requests?status=ALL_REQUESTS) if you are logged in.
