STEP INTO SUMMER! We’re back for our second year of the Walking4Welness Challenge and we’re adding another week this time!
Join Human Resources and UConn Recreation for a 5-week Walking4Wellness Challenge. The walking challenge incorporates a collaborative walking goal or friendly competition that involves keeping track of miles walked per week to meet a specific challenge goal. This challenge is designed for those considering making meaningful lifestyle changes to those who are already practicing healthful habits.
Log miles walked each week and engage in the Microsoft Teams site for resources, educational materials, support, and to earn bonus points for prize drawings. Weekly and end of program drawings will be held.
The challenge begins on Memorial Day (May 30th) and runs through July 4th.
Register now as an individual or a team of 2 or more employees
Upon registration, you will be enrolled as a team member in the Walking4Wellness Microsoft Teams site. Turn on notifications for the Walking4Wellness site so you can stay engaged and earn bonus points.
