Open Enrollment for eligible Graduate Assistants, Graduate Interns, and Graduate Fellows, who are currently enrolled in the Connecticut Partnership Plan, will take place in August 2022. All changes submitted during Open Enrollment will still take effect September 1st. This is a change from previous years when Open Enrollment occurred mid-April to mid-May. HR will announce more details when the August Open Enrollment period approaches.
Graduate Assistants and eligible Graduate Interns or Fellows who will not continue employment for Fall 2022 will automatically terminate from CTPP coverages effective September 1st, if enrolled. At that time, a COBRA notice will be mailed by Anthem (Medical carrier), to offer the opportunity to continue coverage at 102% of the plan’s total cost. Please note that COBRA notices are mailed to the home address listed in CORE-CT.
