    Enjoy a 30-minute break to workout with Human Resources & UConn Recreation!

    Wednesday, April 13, 2022, 12:30pm - 1:00pm

    Yogalates utilizes the core coordination of Pilates, with the added flexibility of yoga to give you a balanced workout. Develop strength in all the major muscle groups, enhancing your stamina and flexibility as well as improving your balance. This class will help to calm the mind and de-stress the body.

    Presented by UConn Recreation in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the April Well-Being Programs.
