Roxanne Roy, Director of Budget and Finance for Information Technology Services, is retiring on April 1, 2022, after 26 years of service to the University. She began her career at UConn as an internal auditor. Then she moved to the Office of Financial Planning and Budget in 1998, where she started as a budget analyst and then advanced to the role of Senior Financial Analyst. In 2006, she joined the Office of the Associate Vice President of Finance and Budget, where she worked with fiscal and academic personnel from all levels at the University to develop, communicate, and act upon complex financial information. It was in this advisory role that Roxanne first joined ITS, and in 2014, she accepted the position of Director of Budget and Finance. Over these last eight years, she has managed our budgets, directed our fiscal activities, and evolved our business practices to meet a higher standard.
