  • 3/23 Timely Topics: Investing In The Next Generation

One of the most powerful tools for an entrepreneur is being connected with the right resources at the time they are needed most. Timely Topics is a series hosted by the Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation that features panels of speakers, workshops for aspiring entrepreneurs, and fireside chats with successful business leaders. These sessions provide ongoing opportunities for students, faculty, and alumni entrepreneurs to learn, grow, and connect.

A new wave of students hits the workforce every year. The most challenging part of joining the workforce is having prior experience in order to be hired. Internships are a way for students to gain knowledge, confidence, and that experience every hiring manager is looking for on a resume. Join Beth Settje, Assistant Director of the Center for Career Development at the University of Connecticut, as she discusses with our panel, Jasdeep Singh & Amanda Clark, why you should invest in the next generation of entrepreneurs. Tune into Timey Topics on Wednesday, March 23 @11am! https://forms.gle/TCWtGL2LnniJhz599
