Jila Kazerounian, Director of ITS Enterprise Applications, is retiring April 1st.
Jila started with UConn in 1987 as a programmer on the original student records system. Over the past 35 years, Jila has steadily grown within the organization. As Director, she has overseen many significant changes associated with applications such as Kuali, Concur, PeopleSoft (SA), HuskyTime, Data Marts/Reporting, and countless other applications.
Jila’s calm demeanor, problem solving skills and diplomatic nature have been essential when discussing large, cross-departmental projects. She has earned high marks of respect from the ITS staff for leading with a caring, personal touch while offering valuable technical insight.
Jila will be greatly missed!
