Please join members of the Board of Trustees and the Office of the Provost at a reception to honor the 2021 Board of Trustees Distinguished Professors on Tuesday, April 5, 4:00 – 5:30 pm (formal program will begin at 4:30 pm) at the William Benton Museum of Art back patio, Storrs Campus.
The Distinguished Professor award is the University’s highest academic honor and reserved exclusively to recognize faculty who have achieved exceptional distinction in three areas – scholarship, teaching and service – while at the University of Connecticut. Professors who have received this distinction in the year 2021 are: Ming-Hui Chen, Marja Hurley, Leslie Loew, Radenka Maric and Richard A. Wilson.
