    Crafting a Teaching Philosophy Statement
    Tuesday, March 29, 4:00 - 5:00
    Online
    Presenter: Tina Huey, CETL-Faculty Development

Teaching talks are interactive sessions. Unlike webinars, teaching talks are heavily shaped by participation, though they are facilitated by CETL staff and faculty affiliates who offer tools, resources, and prompts for reflection and discussion.

The thematic focus for this session is crafting a teaching philosophy statement.

    Proposed Objectives:

    •          Discuss the desirable elements of a teaching philosophy statement for job or PTR applications

    •          Begin drafting in response to prompts provided

    •          Share what is on your mind
