  • Special Payroll Data Changes & Renewals

    As departments submit Special Payroll requests for the summer, we write with a reminder about two of the most important steps when submitting a non-initial request in PageUp, whether it is for a renewal or a data change:

    1. Always update the status first.
    2. Once you view the hire request, select “Initiate Request” in the history section so that a new request is created. You may have to wait a few moments for the page to reload. You then edit and complete the request as needed and submit into the approval workflow.
