  • 2/17 Tackle Habits & Transform Your Life Training

    Today, Thursday, February 17, 2022 - 12:00pm – 1:00pm on Microsoft Teams 

    Breaking bad habits can be tough. Even if we know something is not good for us, finding the motivation to tackle the unhealthy cycles of behavior and know how to make better choices is not always easy. The good news is that change is absolutely possible.

    This session will explore the science of behavior change and apply these teachings to tackle common bad habits such as alcohol consumption, smoking, social media and unhealthy eating.

    Join this interactive session ready to work on exploring triggers and how to plan for success including creating an action statement for participants.

    Participants will be provided with a handout to continue their personal work following the training.

    Presented by Deer Oaks EAP in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the February Well-Being Programs.
