  • On-Demand Gentle Yoga with UConn Recreation

    Are you having a difficult time making it to the gym or to your favorite yoga class? Bring the workout home to you...on your schedule.

    Join Jen, the coordinator of Group Fitness for UConn Recreation for a 30-minute Gentle Yoga practice. Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced, relaxing practice that will include a variety of postures, breathing, and meditation techniques. This class is a perfect way to reset and refocus, concentrating on physical health and mental well-being.

    Presented by UConn Recreation in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the February Well-Being Programs.
