Information Technology Services (ITS) has transitioned ordering, management, and support of university-issued cellular devices to Motus, a workforce solutions company. UConn employees and administrators should use Motus’ Wireless Device Management site for service and support: https://www.wirelessshop.biz/universityofconnecticutattcorp.
Through this site, they can order devices and accessories (for themselves and on behalf of others), select and manage plans, view usage, and request support. A KFS number is required for purchases, and all orders and plan changes go through a workflow that automates authentication, approvals, and fulfillment. Motus provides 24-hour support via the site, by phone at (855) 453-4576, and by email at uconn@vwpcs.com.
