An overview will be provided. Participants are encouraged to share their questions, ideas and experiences. Topics include:
• Course design concerns
• Syllabus requirements
• Policy statements (what to include and why)
• How students use a syllabus
• Using the syllabus to engage students
• Using syllabus templates
If possible, bring a draft syllabus to reflect on during this session.
