Whether you are working remotely, in the office, or a hybrid format, finding the time for professional development can be difficult. Now through December 31st, Learning@Work has 18 free virtual personal and professional development courses available to managers and individual contributors.
In these courses, you will learn how to build resiliency in yourself and others, avoid burnout and support one another as we work through transition. Prioritize Work Tasks to Avoid Burnout, Cope with Change Fatigue and The Leader’s Role in Promoting Psychological Safety are just a few of the courses that are available to University employees.
