  • Enrolling Child Participants: Cognitive Testing

Families Needed to Help Clinical Psychology Graduate Students with their Training: Children will be administered cognitive and academic achievement tests. A parent or caregiver will complete a brief interview about their child’s development. These tests will be given by graduate students who are learning how to administer them. The activities will be live observed and videotaped to help graduate students better learn how to administer the tests. The videotapes will not be shared with anyone outside of the class of graduate students. Due to the practice nature of the assessment, results of the evaluation will not be given. The content and results of the practice interviewing will be kept confidential. Children must be between the ages of 6 and 16. This assessment will last up to 3 hours, and volunteers will receive a $25 gift card. Practice assessments will take place in the Psychological Services Clinic, located on the 2nd floor of Bousfield Psychology Building. UConn IRB H19-176.
