  • 11/16 Voice Services Down During 6:00 am Maintenance

    An upcoming planned change will affect University voice services.

    Starting at 6:00 am on Tuesday, November 16th, ITS will migrate part of the UConn Voice over IP (VoIP) system to a new firewall. The change will take approximately five minutes to complete. The following services will be unavailable during this time:

    • All Cisco VoIP phones at the Storrs and Hartford Campuses
    • Voicemail service for both VoIP phones and regular phones at the Storrs and Hartford Campuses
    • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (CCX) service
