    Join Human Resources & UConn Recreation for 30-minutes of movement.

    Bodyweight Strength is aimed towards increasing muscular endurance and bone strength. Using just your bodyweight, you'll be challenged through isometric holds, tempo changes, and full body movements for a well-rounded workout. All fitness levels are welcome!
