Abstract: Current contexts of systemic oppression and the disproportionate impact of the coronavirus on racially minoritized folx has recentered the discussion of racism in society. This presentation explicates how University of Connecticut is moving towards becoming a justice and anti-racist oriented university and details the initiatives and approaches of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion for 2021-2022.
