UConn Nation is proud to be home to thousands of first gen college students, and we are committed to supporting first gen students’ career development. What are Affinity Communities? 

Affinity Communities are identity-focused collections of resources aimed at supporting students’ career and personal development. Each community features student and alumni success stories, upcoming events, career advice, resources, campus and student organizations – and more!
