Join Human Resources & UConn Recreation for a 30-minute break of virtual gentle yoga.
Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced, relaxing practice that will include a variety of postures, breathing, and meditation techniques. This class is a perfect way to reset and refocus, concentrating on physical health and mental well-being.
Presented by UConn Recreation in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the November Well-Being Programs.
