The Office of the State Comptroller has informed Human Resources that a new vendor has been selected to administer Medical Flexible Spending Accounts (MEDFLEX) and the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP). As a result, the Open Enrollment period for these flexible spending accounts will occur in November rather than in October.
