The Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) wants to hear from you!
By participating in an online focus group, you will help OSC make it easier for you, and other health plan members, to learn about and get the most out of your healthcare benefits. Many of you participated in the OSC survey earlier this year. These sessions extend that feedback. To continue making improvements, OSC wants to:
- Learn how you make choices about your benefits,
- Gain insight into the benefits you care about most, and
- Understand which types of communications you prefer.
You will access the session from wherever you are, using a smartphone, laptop, tablet, or any device that can connect to the internet. The conversation is entirely chat-based, and all responses are anonymous.
Each session will take no more than one hour of your time. Options include:
- Tuesday, October 5 from Noon – 1:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 6 from 11:00 a.m. – Noon
- Wednesday, October 13 from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, October 14 from 11:00 a.m. – Noon
