  • DEADLINE: Access the Employee Vaccination Portal

    The University of Connecticut requires all employees to receive a vaccination for COVID-19 or be granted a deferral or a medical or religious exemption. The policy requires employees to report their vaccination status through an on-line University system.

    This system is only intended for UConn employees at the Storrs, Regional, and Law School campuses. Employees at UConn Health should use that campus' system. Graduate Assistants should use the student system.

    Please note the following deadlines:

    • Friday, September 10: Deadline to report vaccination status (fully or first-dose of 2 dose vaccine) and documentation.
    • Monday, September 27: Deadline for unvaccinated classified union employees to report vaccination status.
    • Friday, October 15: Deadline for employees who previously reported their first dose to report the date of their second dose and documentation AND the deadline for unclassified employees to report their single-dose Johnson & Johnson date and documentation.
