SMART goals: What are they and how can they work in your favor?
When it comes to weight loss, or healthy diet changes, setting realistic and attainable goals will be one of the most important aspects of your success. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time Bound which best assist you to make small, meaningful changes one at a time that add up to a healthier lifestyle overall.
Presented by students in the Allied Health Sciences Dietetics Program in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the September Well-Being Programs.
