If you join RISE, you get:
- A free weight loss app developed by our team
- Your own weight loss coach
- Daily text messages to reach your weight goals
- Personalized feedback on your diet and exercise
- $200 or more for doing study activities
If you:
- Have a smartphone
- Are between the ages of 18-75
