ITS will migrate the NetApp Storage System to a new firewall on Saturday, August 14, 2021, starting at 7:00 am.
While performed, multiple university systems and services will have intermittent connectivity or be down. These services include:
- Personal (P) and departmental (Q) drives
- PeopleSoft (Student Administration System)
- WebFocus
- Jira and Confluence
- Connecticut Digital Archive (CTDA)
- Linux (NFS) or Windows (CIFS) shares
All services will be fully available again before 1:00 pm that day.
If you experience any issues with your service after the migration, notify ITS by submitting a support request to the Technology Support Center at techsupport.uconn.edu.
