  • Benton: Photo Challenge

    Art Hunt!!

The Benton invites you to explore the art that surrounds us with this Photo Challenge, inspired by our Campus Art Hunt! #ArtIsEverywhere

    Challenge Dates: July 1 – July 31, 2021

Here’s how to get involved, and win a free t-shirt:

Grab your phone or camera and head outside – keep an eye out for any sculptures, art installations, or murals you may come across. They may be in a public park in your neighborhood, outside of a school or building, or in a courtyard… art is everywhere.

    Snap a picture of it!

Send your picture to benton@uconn.edu and include your name, where you saw the art, and if there is a title or artist named, include that as well.

Submissions will be entered into a weekly drawing for a free Benton t-shirt and may be shared on the museum’s social media accounts.

Take this opportunity to appreciate the art that surrounds us every day, both in Connecticut and beyond! If you are in the Storrs area, don’t forget to check out the Art and Sculpture Hunts on campus, which can be found on the Benton’s website.

    Museum Hours:
    Wednesday to Friday:  10:00am - 4:00pm
    Saturdays:  1:00pm - 4:00pm
