Would you like to get more active? Join Human Resources and UConn Recreation for a 4-week Walking4Wellness Challenge in July.
The walking challenge incorporates a collaborative walking goal or friendly competition that involves keeping track of miles walked per week to meet a specific challenge goal. This challenge is designed for those considering making meaningful lifestyle changes to those who are already practicing healthful habits.
Every step counts! Challenge yourself, friends, and colleagues to the Walking4Wellness Challenge.
Platform: UConn Rec Haku and Microsoft Teams

Program Dates: July 5th – August 1st (4 weeks)
Last Day to Submit Miles: August 3rd (due on August 1st)
Register as an individual or a team of 2 – 10 members.
