    UConn - Moving Forward: Quick Hits for Staying Active and Healthy

    Join us for seven 15-minute self-care sessions which will include resources and 10-minute techniques to keep you mentally and physically fit

    Presenter: Ashkan Novin is a Ph.D. candidate in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Connecticut. He is a 2018 US national karate medalist and 2009 World champion in South Africa. As an athlete and a student, Ashkan is passionate about training and learning karate with others, as well as sharing his health and wellness knowledge.
