Stress Less! Simple Ways to Manage Stress in Your Life
These days it is hard not to get overwhelmed once in a while. Between managing work, family, and other commitments, you can become too stressed out and busy. But you need to set time aside to unwind or your mental and physical health can suffer. Experiencing some stress isn’t bad, and can actually help you perform, but when stress becomes overwhelming, it can take a toll on your well-being. That is why it is important to have simple ways to manage the stress in your life.
May’s WELCOA Health Bulletin highlights facts surrounding stress, de-stress strategies, and a stress cheat sheet to reference when feeling overwhelmed.
