This week, April 19 – 23 is National Every Kid Healthy Week, a week dedicated to school health and wellness. Every Kid Healthy Week highlights the importance of supporting the link between sound nutrition, physical activity and healthy promoting learning and programs within schools. With so many children around the U.S. learning remotely, it’s imperative for parents and caregivers to be aware of resources and information available to them.
Due to the pandemic, many schools will not be partaking in National Every Kid Healthy Week. To celebrate at home with your children, there many resources linked below on children and nutrition, handling picky eaters and how to incorporate your children into food making choices and activities.
