    Join UConn Recreation and Human Resources for a 30-minute virtual dance party!

    Zumba is a dance form, which is considered one of the best stress busters as well as a perfect workout regime. Zumba helps in toning overall body structure and reduces the pressure on joints as well.

    Presented by UConn Recreation in collaboration with Human Resources as part of the April Well-Being Programs.
