    Thursday April 1st
    12:00 - 1:30pm
    Via Zoom

Please join the Africana Studies Institute for this urgent discussion of racial disparities in health arising from the pandemic and the impacts of the Covid-19 vaccine distribution on communities of color in Connecticut and beyond.  How do racial disparities in Covid-19 infection and mortality rates affect strategies and policies for vaccine distribution?  What are the sources and implications of "vaccine hesitancy" for communities of color? We will discuss these and other issues with our expert panelists and engage in an informative Q&A session with attendees.
