  • 3/25 Virtual 20 Minutes to Fitness: Strength Edition

    Thursday March 25 – 3:00pm – 3:20pm 

    Join UConn Recreation and Human Resources for a 20-minute workout.

    Strength training, also called weight or resistance training is an important part of any fitness routine.

    Energize your workday with this short, effective, can do anywhere strength workout. We will target all major muscles groups, using your bodyweight and accessories you already have in your home. Build muscle, strength and enjoy a break from work.

    • You will need a small space and a pair of light to medium dumbbells. Alternatives are water bottles, wine bottles, anything you can comfortably hold safely while using as additional resistance.
